The cottagers on the Grove who have the road between their cottages and the water are in a unique situation. Michael Brooks discussed the actions he has taken to enter into an agreement with the City of Kawartha Lakes regarding his property.

Please find attached our License Agreement template, as well as a copy of the Application which is required to be submitted by each resident interested in a License Agreement with the City.
Please be advised that the template Agreement is for informational purposes only and some aspects are subject to change. For instance, the (minimal) annual fee may change in the future.
Please note that each Application has to go before the Land Management Committee for review and we cannot provide a guarantee that approval for an Agreement will be granted.
